Shipping Policy 

Orders ordered with us typically ship out in 3–4 business days, however on rare occasions, owing to unforeseeable events, shipping may take up to 7 days. We will make sure to contact you and let you know when your item will be sent if there is any additional delay.

 

We typically ship from Tuesday through Friday, with the occasional Monday delivery. The majority of courier deliveries are picked up from our studio at 7.30 am, and a second delivery is made at 4.30 pm on the same day.

 

You will receive tracking numbers through email as soon as we place your purchase with the courier.

 

All orders will be shipped through ParcelPort (NZ Post), although we retain the right to utilize another      carrier.

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email informing you that your order has been scheduled to be delivered by the following courier. Please be aware that depending on demand and supply levels at the time of booking, there may be a delay of up to 48 hours. When your package is on its way to the depot, you will be notified by email.

 

When you choose shipping during the checkout process, you have the option to upgrade to signature delivery, which will be used by default for courier delivery of your purchased products.

 

Any delivery messages we get will be forwarded to the courier driver as noted on the delivery notes. Since we have no direct control over the drivers, we cannot guarantee that they will fulfill the expressed demands. We have no control over these steps in the delivery process.

Deliveries in rural areas take longer to arrive. This extends the time it takes for your order to arrive by around 1 to 2 days.

 

As orders are printed and shipped using the information the client has given, please double-check your mailing address.
